60 year old female presented with repeated vomiting, pain epigastrium and back, admitted in different teaching hospitals, diagnosed as Gastric out let obstruction after Barium and Endoscopic studies. C T Scan revealed thickened pylorus and duodenum. Tissue biopsy showed duodenitis. Vitals stable Lab, LFT’s viral marker ok. Exploratory Laparatomy and Palliative treatment was planned. Astonishing findings, all ok but whole of Pancreas swollen, beaded causing external mechanical pressure. Suture less GastroJajunostomy with Linear cutter 75 done successfully. Patient is ok
