4 year old female baby presented with painful micturation. Different USG showed dilated ureter with suspicion of stone/Ureterocele????. IVU remained inconclusive due to poor quality. Ultimately exploration revealed dilated ureter with other non dilated ureter. Dilated ureter canulated with tube which surprisingly came out through urethra/ no stone………. ectopic ureter in urethra, flush ligated and re implanted with anti reflux mechanism
